Barrett's Personal Values Assessment

Our values are our compass. So, it's important to regularly check-in to find your current values. Barrett's PVA is a great, quick tool to do this and they email you a report.

16 Personalities Test

The 16 Personalities test is a great, free online test to help you discover your personality type. The test is based on the Myers-Briggs personality types (e.g. INFJ-A). 

Depression Anxiety Stress (21) Scale

The DASS 21 is a reliable scale to measure levels of depression, anxiety and stress. If you have a Mental Health Care Plan, this is the scale you will need to complete for reviews. Screenshot your results and SMS to me please.

This playlist provides you with a number of yin yoga videos from my favourite instructors. Yin Yoga is great for slowing down the nervous system, releasing stress and improving mood. Check with your doctor that Yin Yoga is ok for yo before commencing.

The earth can heal us physically and emotionally. This awesome documentary reveals the "scientific phenomenon of how we can heal our bodies by doing the simplest thing that a person can do…standing barefoot on the earth".
